RBP ™ technology works by slowing down the rising smoke and cooking fumes with a stainless steel panel, so they can be easily collected and exhausted quickly and efficiently.

The panel is designed with grooves and tracts to direct the buffered airflow to the range hood's four sides. The suction vortex created by the underside of the RBP™ traps the fumes and smoke so it creates a barrier of air current that not only draws in air, but also separates external airflow from cooking fumes. Whereas conventional hoods, no matter how powerful the fans are, does not have enough force to gather all the smoke. In fact, hoods with the rectifier baffle panel can gather 2 1/2 times more smoke, cooking vapors and other odors than conventional hoods.

Both Turbo and Sirocco fnas are Fujioh's patented proprietary fan designs. They are both engineering breakthroughs that utilizes both superior bearing technology as well as calculated centrifugal forces to optimize induction with minimal waste energy.

The airflow created by the fans are cyclical and helps to spin the fan once the fan is in operation. This creates an energy efficient centrifugal formula that spins the fan the faster the fan spins. Its a paradox that benefits everybody!

The uniquely designed Silicon Coated Aluminum Filters is the best way to effectively resists oily build-ups.

Upon contacting the silicon surface, oil particles in the smoke gets trapped in the filter, and dispurses on the silicon coating. Since silicon has a higher density and also a stronger bond than oil, the oil turns into tiny droplets. And they can then be easily wiped up becuase of their minimal contact surface area with the filter.

All Fujioh filters are dishwasher friendly. Saving the Earth one disposable filter at a time.

Untreated Material

Oil particles in the air and smoke fumes sticks to the filter material and may discolor the metal material.

Silicone Coated

Filters that are coated are protected from oil damage. The thin coat of silicone prevents the oil from solidifying and keeps it in an emulsified form so they can be easily removed.
