OIL FILTERING TEST

Ridding the air of oil residue is a major function of any range hood. The filters of Fujioh ventilation products are designed and tested to ensure maximum oil capture. Fujioh's various filter designs promote different benefits, and they are all dishwasher-safe and enviromentally friendly.

ELECTRICAL EFFICIENCY TEST

The electrical circuitry of every Fujioh ventilation product is designed to offer optimum efficiency. So it can quench the consumer market's increasing demand for higher air transfer volume, and smarter energy use.

VIBRATION TEST

One of the main sources of noise from the range hood is caused by the amount of vibration during its operation. All Fujioh structures are constructed and buffered with high-grade stainless steel. They are fabricated so it does not buckle or vibrate. Fujioh also tests for the vibration of every product to ensure the least amount of noise with the maximum amount of output power.

SONNE LEVEL TEST

Wind noise, mechanical noise, and vibration noise are all factors that contribute to overall operation noise. Fujioh tests every product to ensure that they adhere to each of their own specific sonne level. So noisy range hoods are a thing of the past.

STEAM TEST

Steam maneuvers slower and generate more air friction due to their heavy water molecule content. And they often have higher temperatures than oil fumes. They are much more difficult to remove completely compared to oil fumes. That is why Fujioh products undergo a steam test to examine their ability to dissipate steamy humid air as well as oil fumes.

PACKAGE DURABILITY TEST

The packing and boxing of all Fujioh products are carefully designed so they can withstand harsh shipping handling. The test units are dropped and bashed to emulate the worst shipping handling possible, and each unit is subsequently examined and tested to remedy design flaws in the product as well as the packaging.

PRODUCT ENDURANCE TEST

When a model series successfully passes all the testing, the first production model is turned on and set to run at the highest speed possible for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no rest. This real-life scenario brutally tests the quality of our kitchen ventilation. Almost every model that Fujioh has ever manufactured is still running at top speed at our factory laboratories.
